About Us

To carry out technical studies of the projects related to all kinds of construction, and repair works of the University, taking into account the regional and usage characteristics,

 To prepare and develop projects in order to use the university's service buildings and annexes more efficiently,

 To carry out technical studies in order to have surveys, projects and constructions related to all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of the university,

 Carrying out the tender works within the scope of the university's authority for all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of existing structures, ensuring the necessary participation in the tenders related to construction works, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, and carrying out other works in cooperation with the relevant units,

 To carry out supervision services for all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of existing buildings, to take over the completed constructions,

 To make final accounts of all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repairs of existing buildings, to carry out transactions related to the collection of possible public debt or receivables as a result of the final account,

  To prepare the proposals for the structures that the university deems necessary to be included in the investment program, in coordination with the Strategy Development Department,

 To carry out the procedures related to the University’s immovable properties deemed suitable for expropriation,

 To ensure that conditional and unconditional donations made to the university (immovable properties such as fields, land and buildings) are evaluated within the scope of Law No. 5018 and registered through the Provincial Revenue Office.

  To carry out other duties assigned by the Secretary General and Vice-Chancellor and by the Rector to which he is affiliated and responsible, in relation to his field of duty.
