BASIC FUNCTION OF THE UNIT:

 

What is needed by our university; To carry out, in coordination with the Relevant Departments and Units, the necessary studies and projects related to the revision plans required for the arrangement of the existing service buildings in accordance with today's conditions and the plans of the new service buildings to be built. To examine the projects of service buildings prepared by other public institutions and to ensure their suitability in terms of the needs program and functions of our University.

 

DUTIES

  1. To carry out technical studies of the projects related to all kinds of construction, construction and repair works of the University, taking into account the regional and usage characteristics,
  2. To prepare and develop projects in order to use the university's service buildings and annexes more efficiently,
  3. To carry out technical studies in order to have the studies, projects and constructions of all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of the University carried out,
  4. To carry out supervision services for all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of existing buildings, to take over the completed constructions,
  5. To carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Department, Secretary General, Vice-Chancellor and the Rector to which he is affiliated and responsible.
