BASIC FUNCTION OF THE UNIT:

    To make the tenders for all kinds of studies, exploration and planning works decided to be carried out by the Rectorate, to keep the inventory of the immovable properties allocated to our University, to carry out the transactions related to the immovables that have been or will be expropriated by our University, and to carry out the procedures regarding the acceptance of donations made to our University.

DUTIES

1. To carry out the tender works within the scope of the university's authority for all kinds of new constructions and major and minor repair works of existing structures, to ensure the necessary participation in the tenders related to construction works, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, and to carry out other works in cooperation with the relevant units,
2. To carry out supervision services for all kinds of new buildings and major and minor repair works of existing buildings, to take over the completed constructions,
3. To prepare the proposals for the structures that the university deems necessary to be included in the investment program, in coordination with the Strategy Development Department,
4. To carry out the procedures related to the University’s immovable properties deemed suitable for expropriation,
5. To ensure that conditional and unconditional donations made to the university (immovable properties such as fields, land and buildings) are evaluated within the scope of the Law No. 5018 and registered through the Provincial Revenue Office.
6. To carry out other duties assigned by the Head of Department, Secretary General, Vice-Rector and the Rector to which he is affiliated and responsible.
